More speakers than the house of commons and a lightshow to top any close encounter, Steve Duncan from Cloud-Nine asked us to capture his video, disco and laser show in all its glory. We followed the cloud-Nine crew to the Portsmouth Guildhall where he was entertaining the some of the officers from Royal Navy.
